Meet the Staff

Dr. David Stender grew up in Wisconsin where he was a standout athlete. His prowess on the gridiron earned him an athletic scholarship to Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan. He was named all-conference and academic all-conference in football, and was a freshman starter on the 1975 National Championship team. He graduated with honors from NMU in 1978 and went on to graduate school at the University of Arizona. After being accepted to law school, Dr. Dave had a change of heart, and decided to pursue a career in chiropractic. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and graduated in 1989. It was at PCC that Dr. Dave met his future wife Michelle. He practiced in his home state of Wisconsin until 1995, when he moved his family; including his 3 yr. old daughter Taylor, and 1 yr. old son Treyton, to Tucson. In 2001, the Stenders added Adriana and Gabriela to the clan and have been crazy busy ever since. He hasn't looked back since, and has built one of the busiest wellness practices in Arizona. His office has become a haven for people across Southern Arizona looking to change their lives through the principles of natural health. Dr. Dave's passion to give back to the community and see people regain their health has made him one of the most sought after speakers, doing community service workshops at businesses and churches throughout Tucson.
